Fashion Pathways

The FBN Fashion Pathways Program is a hands-on internship and leadership development program for high school, college, and emerging industry talent. Through real-world fashion experiences, interns gain exposure to event production, youth programming, marketing, styling, media, administration, community engagement, and runway coordination.

 

Our interns do more than observe, they help lead. Fashion Pathways participants support FBN youth programs, assist with major FBN events and productions, and learn directly through planning, execution, and post-event reflection. From backstage coordination to creative workshops, interns build confidence, professional skills, industry knowledge, and a portfolio of meaningful community-based fashion experience.
