Fashion Business Network (FBN) exclusive events provide businesses the opportunity to showcase their brand in front of a dynamic audience of fashion professionals, creatives, and industry leaders.

At this time, vendor opportunities pertain to in-person events hosted by the network. ALL VENDORS MUST SUBMIT AN APPLICATION AND BE EMAILED AN ACCEPTANCE OFFER FROM FBN LEADERSHIP PRIOR TO CHECKING OUT.

✔️ A 6-8 ft vendor space to showcase your products or services
✔️ A well-traffic event designed for maximum brand exposure
✔️ A professionally curated atmosphere connecting you with industry insiders

Requirements:

📅 Event Date & Time: Vendor setup, breakdown, and event schedule will be provided via email. Please ensure you check your inbox for all event details.

⏳ Full Event Commitment: Vendors must stay for the entire duration of the event. Leaving early is not permitted.

🛠️ Setup & Space:

• Vendors are allowed to bring their full setup (tables, displays, signage, etc.), but it must fit within the 6-8 ft space limit.
• Electricity is available but not guaranteed. Please plan accordingly.

💳 Vendor Fee:

• The full vendor fee must be paid prior to setup. No payments will be accepted at the event.
• All vendor fees are non-refundable. No exceptions.

📩 Stay Updated: All event details, including vendor placement and logistical information, will be shared via email.

Liability Waiver:

By registering as a vendor, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• The Fashion Business Network (FBN), event organizers, venue, and affiliates are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged property. Vendors are responsible for securing their own items and merchandise.
• Vendors assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to injury, damages, or loss of income.
• Vendors are responsible for complying with all local laws, regulations, and safety protocols.
• By completing the vendor registration and payment, you release FBN, its affiliates, and the venue from any liability related to participation in this event.
